Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty, Inc., will lead a discussion with Mirtha Barzaga, an agent with Davidson Realty and Kevin Koscinski, a mortgage loan officer with Bank of America. Barzaga will share information about homeowners she has helped to avoid foreclosure many of whom didn’t understand the impact a foreclosure would have on their jobs or security clearance. Koscinski will share his experience about impacts to credit score.

The numbers are sobering. One in 10 homeowners is facing foreclosure, and seven of 10 homeowners facing foreclosure will do nothing as their homes are taken from them. At the first series in November, Sherry Davidson, CDPE, Suzy Evans, CDPE, Dottie Lay, CDPE Mirtha Barzaga, CDPE, Cindy Vaughn, CDPE and Mortgage Broker Damien Blumstein, explained the nine ways to avoid foreclosure. The webinars gave participants the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the different options available.
